Separate the egg whites and yolks, beat the egg whites
Add cream of tartar, and beat well
Add sugar little by little
Beat well (5-7 minutes) until the stiff pick
Add Vannila essence and mix well, use spatula and just fold and cut method, don't use electric mixer.
Add milk and oil

Take cake pan with parchment paper, pour the chocolate cake batter first, then pour pinapple cake batter.
Tap the pan for release air bubbles.
150 degree celcious preheated microwave oven, Bake to 40-45 minutes.
After baking Remove parchment paper and cut into small pieces
